• Log time spent on activities
• Connect with accountability partners ("Pals")
• Earn badges and achievements
• Share progress with others

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may register using your email address or through Google authentication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (challenge names, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.

RhinoPals is a tool to support your personal goals but does not guarantee any specific results. Your success depends on your own efforts and commitment.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHINOPALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhinoPals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
